Nokia Phone Accessory Store does not use cookies to collect personal information from visitors to our web site. We pride ourselves as being honest and honorable merchants. What're cookies? Nokia Phone Accessory Store does not divulge customer information to advertisers who conduct data mining or profiling on our visitors through software techniques. We want our customers and visitors to feel 100% safe and 100% private when surfing our web site.

Warranty
Any generic battery, battery charger or cellular accessory sold by Nokia Phone Accessory Store that is found to have a defect in material or workmanship within SIX (6) months of the original purchase date will be replaced free of charge. If the item is no longer available it will be replaced with an equivalent or superior substitute. If a replacement battery is issued, the warranty will still apply to the replacement dating from the original sale, not the date of replacement.

Any OEM Original products are to be handled by their respective manufacturers. You can find their web address or contact information on the backs of their packaging.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased from us, just return it within 30 days and we'll gladly provide a refund, credit, or exchange for the cost of the product (Less shipping & handling). Note however, when returning a product, we require you to wrap it securely and insure the package for its value. We do not accept returns on items that have been abused, altered or used in manners for which they were not intended.

• Returns for merchandise are allowed within 30 days of the original receipt of
  the order.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• You must include all accompanying materials included in the original package.
• Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged or it might void all warranties on the product.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
• We do not provide a refund on shipping charges. You must pay any return shipping expenses incurred in the process.
• Display the Order number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Payment Method
Credit Cards - We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Nokia Phone Accessory Store. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may result in a delay in processing your order. Your credit card(s) will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Shipping and Handling charge
All orders made in the US will be subject to a $4.95 shipping charge for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item. And all orders made in the US will be shipped by UPS Ground (within 48 states). We also ship out the orders to any US Territories and APO / FPO via USPS Priority Mail.

For any rush order, we offer UPS 2 Day Air starts at $16.00 for the first item and $1.00 per each additional item thereafter. UPS Next Day Air starts at $28.00 for the first item and $1.00 per each additional item thereafter. Please indicate on the order form within the comment field that you accept these charges if you would like your order shipped via one of these methods.

All orders shipping outside of the US will be subject to a shipping fee of $7.00 per item via First Class Mail. All shipping charges will be manually changed to reflect correct shipping charges. (Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the receiver.)
